RADCON is committed to maintaining a high level of service to its patients. To make certain that our patients remain satisfied, all RADCON providers must participate in quarterly Patient Satisfaction Survey Program. This program requires that each RADCON Provider return at least 20 surveys a quarter, surveys may be completed by any patient.
Providers in the RADCON Provider Network are expected to maintain a 92% level of patient satisfaction which is measured through this program by identifying patient concerns and addressing them as early as possible. If a provider fails to participate in the Patient Satisfaction Survey Program it will lead to financial penalty and may result in expulsion from the network.
